Making love with the lights on ~ Lucidity in Tantra Meditation workshop

Shame, sin, inhibitions, violence and vulgarity all lurk in the dark corners of

our consciousness, while freedom, beauty, love and ecstasy flourish in the

Light. Tantric texts emphasised the sacred act of love – and life itself – always

be experienced with the inner light ’on’, to reach the high states of realisation

that they speak of.

This workshop will explore the importance of lucidity in tantra, with some

theoretical explanation, meditation and methods to amplify awareness, as a

guide to integrating our erotic life on a superior level.
