Secrets of successful meditation (part 2)

Meditation is an altered state of consciousness. It is not just closing the eyes and thinking of something or nothing. It is a state which brings a lot of benefits so it is worth to learn to meditate on a regular basis. In this workshop we aim to understand the state of meditation, to learn some simple ways to enter this state and to learn to recognize when we attain this state. We present the 3 essential “pylons” of the meditation and how to provide each of them in order to successfully enter the state of meditation. Based on this 3 pylon model we also learn to identify the possible obstacles and ways to avoid or eliminate them.
