I’m delighted to offer this Dancing Heart Work and would love to meet you all on the Dancefloor to share in this awakening celebration of our Heartfelt existence!

We will explore through dance, Love, sensuality & compassion, weaving together our affection and pleasure for Existence with a Heartfelt compassionate approach to living.

Our Journeys begin with some group Heart Sharing, an introduction to the theme, some breath work, shaking, then we open more fully into our energy and dive into a deep Dance Journey.
